Because our items are custom-made to order, please allow 2 to 4 business days for production before your package hits the road. Once your order leaves the facility, transit times vary depending on the shipping route you choose; for example, U.S. domestic orders via our special line typically arrive within 5 days, while international standard options can take longer.

Every shipment comes equipped with a tracking number so you can follow your gear every step of the way. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as changes can only be made before the item is dispatched. If anything ever arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, reach out to support within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can quickly get your order sorted and get your new pieces into your rotation.
